Rachael Cook

 Rachael Leigh cook (born on October 4 1979) is a famous American model, actress and performer. She has starred on the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, and Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She is also a star in the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice and also in Robot Chicken's and She's All That (1999) and She's All That (1999). The series was launched with the English version for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota), her parents are Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, both of whom are comedians as well as a social worker. Cook is an Italian-born. Cook first appeared in a public service announcement for foster care at seven years of age. She then began her career as a child print model when she was 10, appearing in nationwide ads for Target and appearing on the boxes of Milk-Bone dog biscuits.
