Emma Rose Kenney is an American actress from America. She has appeared as Deborah Gallagher, on Shameless (from 2011 until 2021), and Harris Conner Healy, in the tenth and subsequent seasons of Roseanne. Kenney was born in New York City on 14 September 1999. Kevin Kenney and Gillian Kenney are the parents of her. Kevin Kenney was a writer at Fox Sports and formerly worked for The New York Post. Emma Kenney has the exact same home town as Emmy Rossum. Kenney, who was born in and was raised in Manhattan she is the 19-year-old actress that plays Debbie the main character on Showtime's hit drama, Shameless. In fact, she spent the majority of her time within the Garden State. Kenney also played Darlene Gilbert (Sara Gilbert)'s daughter Harris in Roseanne.
